Born in 1959, Andrej Tozik lives in Kaliningrad and is a Member of the Union of Russian writers. Tozik's creative activities focus on graphics, collage, visual poetry, books, and mail art. He contributed works to mail art and visual poetry exhibitions: "Erste tshatologische international (1996, Germany), "Gutenberg (1997, Luxenburg), "1-st International show of Visual Poetry (1997, Spain), "Russian neoavangardism@ (1998, Yugoslavia), "On your Own device" (1998, Netherlands), "Melburn Festival of Poetry Contemporary" (1999, Australia), "II Biennale International Exhibition of mail-art" (1999, Portugal), "Millenium - Strange Days" (1999 - 2000, Italia).
